Shawnigan Lake Bahá'í Summer School - Wednesday, 30 July, 1997
Students in many classes were preparing throughout the week for music and drama presentations. The making of drums was one activity.

8 to 10 year olds practise for "The Wonderlamp" a dramatization of how the true light of religion may become obscured by tradtions and rituals.

As the music of Caroline Mackay and Kira Antinuk ended, wisps of cloud over the mountains beyond the lake to the west, gave a canvas for the sun upon which to paint a fitting epilogue to the day.

Soapstone carving and the scheduled sessions with John McLaughlin, Danesh Shams, Leanne and Ed Epp continued throughout the day.
